University College Dublin (Ireland)

University College Dublin (UCD) is a research university in Dublin, Ireland. UCD has over 1,500 academic staff and it is Ireland’s largest university with 32,000 students. The project will be hosted by QxLab, based in the School of Computer Science at University College Dublin. The school has over 50 academic staff, 100 PhD students and 25 research fellows and won over €34 million in research funding in 2018-19. QxLab is affiliated with two Science Foundation Ireland research centres: the Insight Centre for Data Analytics and the CONNECT Research Centre for future networks. It was founded in 2015 and is led by Dr Andrew Hines. At QxLab we are interested in how people perceive quality and creating data models to predict and recommend quality outcomes for quality of experience and quality of life.
